Trust -
I am being asked, like many other Australians, to trust in the authorities, trust in the experts, trust in the (very shady) pharmaceutical companies and so on.
I was sitting on the fence about that a bit...
But this request for trust is now accompanied by a threat - if you don't trust us and comply:
1. We'll take your job via a vaccine mandate.
2. We'll put in place measures so your ability to go out and enjoy a meal etc are restricted.
3. You'll also no longer be able to travel anywhere.
4. Society will label you as irresponsible, selfish, "murderer" etc
5. Who knows what comes down the track...?
I'm sorry but for me, this is not a proposition that engenders any sort of trust at all.
In fact, I'd say - you blew it, now I actually distrust you. As a result, I will no longer be giving any consideration to compliance with the requests currently being made of me.
The Australian government's interference in our ability to go outside has already impacted my health and I'm working hard at fixing it right now. So many people I know are arriving at my exercise spot and have been through the exact experience I've had, they're overweight, they're depressed, and they can't sleep.
I've now taken back charge of my health and I'm working really hard at making sure it's good, and I won't tolerate any interference, I'm literally doing this on Doctors orders. All my numbers such as weight, blood pressure, glucose levels etc suggest my current strategy is working and I don't intend to stop for anything.
So if people want to put labels on me, or discriminate against me, so be it. I'll wear that for the common good. I understand the industry I work in is conservative and likely to toe the line and adopting this stance may be bad for me professionally.
But I won't throw my fellow Australians under the bus. I can't do it, I won't allow this to happen on my watch without speaking up, my own morals don't allow that.
So you'll see me speaking up on here. If you disagree or would like to share your perspective, I'd love to discuss it respectfully with you.

Since I chose to leave my job with a censorial employer I have felt a real sense of release. For the last couple if tears I had been miserable, but no longer being restricted in being able to post freely has been worth the change. It has also opened me up to being able to connect with like minded activists who arent afraid to speak out and who follow their conscience. I can affors to do it and I appreciate
Many can’t but I heartedly recommend it if you want to feel comfortable with yourself.
I read a very good column by el gato malo, another banned and censored writer simply because he went against the agenda. His view on government was by and large it's a shakedown worse than any mafia. So many useless laws that are there to take money off you. Why for example in WA does a liquor license cost an exorbitant amount of money? What purpose does it serve but to look after certain interests? Wouldn't it be nice to have a little corner bar, just like a deli? No we have to have huge hotel/bars that lead to drink driving. Public health and Safety - such a sham, merely an excuse for more control. We live in dark times Peter, where pronouns are more important than living in a free and democratic society.
